Catherine Christie a licensed Heal Your Life®️ Workshop Leader, will be facilitating workshops that will help participants identify negative beliefs that are limiting them and learn transformational techniques to release limitations and go beyond them. Participants will learn that loving themselves is the foundation for making positive changes. While this is easy to say it is often not so easy to do! Using affirmations and visualisations and other techniques, they will experience transformation as they heal the past and allow barriers to dissolve. Every area of life can be improved with this work shop: relationships, health, career, and prosperity.
About Catherine
Welcome to my site. My name is Catherine Christie and I feel immensely honoured to be a licensed, Heal Your Life ®️Teacher. My life experiences have shown me that we have moved away from taking responsibility for our own health. My passion is to enable people to take back responsibility for their own health. Becoming a Heal Your Life®️ Facilitator has allowed me to expand that passion. The work that I teach has helped me grow and love myself on a much deeper level and to heal. I believe it can do the same for you. Louise Hays teaching has greatly influenced my life. I believe Louise’s techniques and positive philosophy is at the core to healing ourselves. I am inspired to hold a space to connect within and lead people on a journey of empowerment to heal themselves.
